I’m A Lush

My dear blogging friend magneto bold too, referred me to a cool blog called Raincoaster. I like it because there is some funny stuff over there. So as I am scrolling down the page checking out the posts, I came across “The Booze Test“, and because I’m not a heavy drinker, it sparked my interest immediately.
The good news is, I know some things about alcohol. The bad news is I’m a lush.

Like I said, I’m not much of a drinker but I am going to attribute the fact that I scored a whopping 77% because I was a waitress for many years and bar hopped a lot in college. Hubby scored 92%. He’s a drunkard.
I think the chart was drunk. My red line was well over lush, headed toward drunkard, but my score was a 62% – social drinker. Although it wasn’t a waste…I did learn the Gaelic word for “water of life,” although I can’t say that I agree.
I’m a social drinker…I had no idea I knew so little about spirits and such! *lol* Thanks for the fn this morning.

I’m a 79% lush. I have had one drink in the last year. It was on my first anniversary.

I’m not even going to bother. I know I will end up as some sort of alcoholic or something.
I READ cookbooks and cocktail books. But never can be bothered to actually put them to practice. So I would say I would know a shiteload about the stuff but rarely drink. Except in summer and around Christmas….. and that would be now.
